3.2. CA Expeditions reserves the right to change the price of services in the event of changes in costs, taxes, fuel surcharges, or other factors beyond our control. You will be informed of any price adjustments before the payment is finalized.
3.3. If you request changes to your booking after confirmation, additional fees may apply. Any changes are subject to availability and approval by CA Expeditions and its suppliers.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1. If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, you must notify CA Expeditions in writing as soon as possible.
4.2. Cancellation fees vary depending on the service booked and the timing of the cancellation.
4.3. Refunds are processed according to the policies of the specific service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators) and may take time to be credited.

5. Travel Documents and Responsibility

5.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct and valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other necessary documentation for your trip.
5.2. CA Expeditions is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or expired travel documents.
5.3. You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with all local laws, regulations, and health requirements at your destination.

6. Travel Insurance

6.1. CA Expeditions strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, or delays.
6.2. CA Expeditions is not responsible for any financial loss, inconvenience, or damage resulting from the lack of travel insurance.

7. Liability and Limitations

7.1. CA Expeditions acts only as an agent for third-party service providers, such as airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and tour operators. We do not own or operate these services, and as such, we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss, damage, or delays incurred during your trip.
7.2. Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide. In the event of any dispute, we will make reasonable efforts to mediate between you and the service provider, but we are not liable for any costs or damages.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. CA Expeditions is not liable for any failure to perform or delays in services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
8.2. In such cases, we will assist in rebooking or rescheduling services where possible but will not be held responsible for any losses or damages.

9. Conduct and Responsibilities

9.1. You agree to behave respectfully and lawfully during your trip.
9.2. CA Expeditions reserves the right to cancel or modify your booking if you engage in disruptive or illegal behaviour, without a refund.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1. CA Expeditions respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. We will use the personal information you provide solely to process your booking and manage your travel.
10.2. Your data may be shared with third-party service providers to book travel arrangements, and you consent to this when making a reservation.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
